The Marathon Charity Cooperation will be hosting the next race for the NRRL. The popular Friends of the W&OD 10k takes place on July 30th and is a twilight race with a 6:30pm start time! It's a flat out-and-back course from the Old Vienna Train Station to Hunter Mill Road. If the weather cooperates you can expect a PR. This race marks the first race longer than 5k in the NRRL season, so we'll see who has been training hardest.
All MC-Coop races benefit their charity partners.
The post-race happy hour for NRRL runners will take place down the street at Maplewood Grill.
