With the NRRL in its inaugural season, it's only fitting that there are a few inaugural races on the schedule to benefit local charities.
The First Tee of Delaware is an organization whose mission is "to impact the lives of young
people in the state of Delaware by providing learning facilities and
educational programs that promote character development and
life-enhancing values through the game of golf."
The organization's inaugural 5k race is Saturday, May 7th @ 9:00am at the Wilmington Waterfront, which makes for the perfect combination of weather and a flat course to run your fastest 5k!
