Washington Post Express features NRRL!

 

The Express' Vicky Hallett contributed an excellent feature article on the newly created running league, painting an excellent picture of how the league functions and what it hopes to accomplish.

The article helps explain that the league is open to all runners and that it offers both a competitive and a social outlet for local runners.

The registration process for each runner is painless and takes about 10 seconds!  The team entry fee is split among each runner on the 7 - 25 person roster.  After that, get your 5-7 runners ready for each race and do your best!
