Tri-Sports Events and Ray Parker have graciously agreed to bring 3 races to the NRRL race calendar, with 2 races being hosted in Sussex County (DE South), as well as hosting the final race of the 2011 season in New Castle County (DE North).
The first race is the Heart & Sole 5k, which kicks off the DE South season in Seaford on April 30th. The race starts at 10:00am at West Seaford Elementary School.
The Dover Air Force Base Heritage Half-Marathon is the only half-marathon in the NRRL this year, so we're fortunate to have it on the calendar. The race takes place on June 5th at 8:00am. This event also features a 5k run/walk.
The inaugural NRRL season will end with the PAWS For People 5k on October 22nd. The event takes place at the relatively new Glasgow Park in Bear and starts at 9:00am. Dogs welcome!
Tri-Sports Events can be contacted for many race services. Tri-Sports Events recognizes that running, walking, cycling and multi-sport events help raise thousands of dollars for charities and other organizations. The events they manage help to build awareness in your communities by promoting your cause while raising needed funds for your organization.
